Rebound
Rebound therapy is a specific model of using trampolines to provide alternative opportunities for movement, therapeutic exercise, and recreation for people with a wide range of special needs. It is motivating and enjoyable for all participants. Rebound therapy facilitates movement, promotes balance, increases or decreases muscle tone, and promotes relaxation and sensory integration. It also improves fitness and exercise tolerance and communication skills.

After School Club
Our sessions run weekly on a Thursday PM from 3pm to 4:55pm and are planned and implemented by qualified Rebound & Trampoline coaches within the school with the support of school staff to deliver the sessions. These sessions are highly beneficial to the well-being and fitness of the pupils. It also provides them with the ability to gain a new skill and sporting passion. We also have a link to a local trampoline club which we can direct you to if your child does enjoy the sessions and wants to take it up as an extra-curricular activity in the evenings and/or weekends.
We follow the Winstrada & British Gymnastics Trampoline Award scheme, working on targets and making progress through the awards.
