'England does the Daily Mile' - 30th April 2021
All the children here at White Ash enjoyed using our newly designed cycle/daily mile track to join in with 'England does the Daily Mile'. Each class was given a designated time to support social distancing to allow all the children in school the opportunity to take part.
Daily Mile Challenge - 7th June to 15th July 2021
As a school we are going to be completing a ‘Daily Mile Challenge’ of walking the distance from Land’s End to John O’Groats (1083 Miles) during the final Summer Half Term to help raise money for school. We have 112 pupils on role in school, and I feel that if we work together by all staying active and going for walks, we will be able to achieve this goal & hopefully more!!!
Hothersall Lodge - 15th June 2021
Class 9 had a fab day at Hothersall Lodge. We took part in wall climbing, caving, orienteering and enjoyed a lovely walk in the sunshine. All the pupils were amazing and had the best day!
