DATA PROTECTION ACT - GDPR

 

On the 25th May 2018 the Data Protection Act 1998 was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

 

White Ash Primary School holds the legal right to collect and use personal data relating to employees, pupils and their families.  We may also receive information regarding pupils from their previous school, Local Authority and/or DfE.  We collect and use personal data in order to meet legal requirements and legitimate interests set out in the GDPR and UK law.
