This half term EYFS have participated in weekly walks to the park. We have all worked hard to develop our road safety and walking skills whilst exploring seasonal change and playing together.
Our whole school Eid day was so much fun. We listened to music, dressed in traditional clothing and tasted delicious food. As always, we explored similarities and differences between cultures and how important it is to be kind to others.
EYFS enjoyed a full day educational visit to the beach! We had lots of fun playing in the sand, flying kites and eating ice cream. The staff were blown away by the impeccable behaviour of all pupils - well done EYFS!
We have loved reading our sensory story Tiddler, using props to help tell the story, learn new vocabulary and work towards our individual reading targets. In Phonics, we have explored initial phonemes, alliteration and sounds heard on a train ride.
EYFS PEEP session (parents as early education partners)
Our multi-sensory seaside music session has been the highlight of the week. We have all worked hard to explore different instruments and have played and stopped playing our instruments on command.
