School Improvement Plan (SIP)
The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a working document used to set priorities and monitor progress throughout the year.
At White Ash we are an ambitious school and we have high expectations for all our children and staff. We aim to maintain outstanding standards in all aspects of our work.
This document sets out the strategic priorities agreed by the Governing Body, Head teacher, Senior Leaders and school staff. It is informed by the school’s rigorous self-evaluation system and by the School’s Vision to improve the quality of learning and teaching in order to improve outcomes for all our pupils.
Self-Evaluation Form (SEF)
The SEF is a School Self-Evaluation Form which is completed by school leaders. The SEF lays out the school's impact in several areas. At White Ash Primary School, we have chosen to involve other staff members and gather views from parents and pupils. All this information has contributed to our evaluation of the school.
Our ‘Self-Evaluation’ is an opportunity for our school leaders to reflect on their provision and impact – including setting future goals and plans. Our SEF takes into account our strengths and reflect on practice and identifies areas for improvement to raise standards for the children and staff professional development.
